Agile Metrics allows organizations to solve the challenge of reporting on their Agile transformation investments to executives. How it works:

Through a series of Agile-focused facilitated workshops, following our Measurement RoadmapSM process, we help you identify what measures exist within your organization and what new measures should be considered. The Measurement RoadmapSM is a propriety framework, developed by DCG Software Value.

Following that, we work with you to establish a plan for how to move forward in measuring Agile on an ongoing basis.
