Building Blocks of Innovation

Mary Pratt wrote an interesting article on institutionalizing innovation in organizations in the July 26, 2010 print edition of Computerworld magazine.  In addition to covering examples at Verizon, Accenture, Inttra and Harrah's, Mary including the following building blocks of innovation:

  • Give employees the right to fail (this is my #1 too)
  • Spread responsibility for innovation throughout the organization
  • Develop partnerships with other departments
  • Create a central repository for ideas and experiments
  • Establish process and ownership

I precisely desired to thank you very much once more. I'm not certain the things I could possibly have gone through in the absence of the entire opinions shown by you directly on such a industry. It had been a very difficult scenario in my circumstances, but coming across this well-written strategy you solved the issue made me to weep over delight. I'm just happy for the support as well as hope you really know what a great job you were providing instructing others via your webpage. I know that you haven't come across all of us. air jordan http://www.jordans.com.co
